The Craigmont Chiefs just played last night, but they'll still head out to face the Munford Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on January 26th. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.
On Thursday, Craigmont came up short against Millington Central and fell 50-38.
Meanwhile, Munford also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Brighton by a score of 55-44. Munford has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Craigmont has not been sharp recently, as they've lost eight of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Munford, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
Craigmont was taken down by Munford 55-18 when the teams last played on January 9th. Can Craigmont avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
