Soccer Recap: Rank Disadvantage No Problem for Cass

Cass kept a clean sheet against Allatoona on Friday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Buccaneers 1-0. The victory was all the more spectacular given Cass' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 239th, while Allatoona are ranked 108th).

The win made it two in a row for Cass and bumps their season record up to 6-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those two matches. As for Allatoona, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.
