Baseball Recap: Jupiter Find Success

Jupiter's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Olympia Titans 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Warriors have posted since March 11th.

Braedon Hopkins looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Gabe Graulau was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run. That home run marked the first that he launched this season.

Jupiter's victory bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Olympia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jupiter will host Archbishop McCarthy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Olympia, they will welcome Sunset at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Sunset will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last.
