Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gettysburg). They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Greencastle-Antrim Blue Devils on Wednesday. Given Gettysburg's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 154th, while Greencastle-Antrim are ranked 336th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win made it two in a row for Gettysburg and bumps their season record up to 3-0-3. As for Greencastle-Antrim, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gettysburg will challenge Mifflin County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Greencastle-Antrim, they will face off against Chambersburg at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
