Softball Recap: Boron Takes a Loss

Boron was the 12-0 winner over Immanuel Christian when they last played one another back in February of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. The Boron Bobcats took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Immanuel Christian Crusaders on Saturday. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Boron saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Angel Hall, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Boron's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Immanuel Christian, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Boron and Immanuel Christian will both be playing Desert the next time they take the field. Boron will host Desert at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Immanuel Christian will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
