Bullard is 9-1 against Sanger since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Knights will host the Apaches at 3:30 p.m. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Bullard sitting on 13 straight victories and Sanger on three.

Bullard is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They never let Justin Garza get on the board and left with an 18-0 win on Wednesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Sanger came out on top against McLane on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive seven-run sixth inning. The Apaches blew past the Highlanders 11-0. The Apaches might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matches by six runs or more this season.

Emma Hernandez and Amber Estrada made a splash while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Hernandez didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. Meanwhile, Estrada tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in nine consecutive appearances. At the plate, Hernandez went 2-for-4 with one home run and three RBI, while Estrada went 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. That's the most RBI Hernandez has posted since back in March.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Brea Poindexter, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Samantha Guerra, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Bullard's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-5. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.6 runs over those games. As for Sanger, their win bumped their record up to 14-5.

Bullard beat Sanger 5-2 in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. Do the Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Apaches turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
