Basketball Recap: Saturday's Defeat Ends Taylorville's Winning Streak

If Taylorville was riding high fresh off their 70-39 takedown of St. Teresa last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Taylorville Tornadoes received a blow on Saturday as they fell 59-44 to the Kaneland Knights. While losing is never fun, the Tornadoes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 256th, while the Knights are ranked 57th).
