Football Recap: Mamaroneck Gets the Win

With a playoff win on the line, Mamaroneck rose to the challenge on Saturday. They slipped by the Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders 25-24. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Tigers have posted since September 27, 2024.

Despite the loss, Monroe-Woodbury still got an impressive performance from ETHAN MALDONADO, who rushed for 91 yards and a pair of TDs, and also threw for 113 yards on eight of 19 attempts.

The victory (which was Mamaroneck's fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 28.6 points over those games.
