Basketball Recap: Westfall Triumphs

Westfall's game on Friday was all tied up 27-27 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top against the Paint Valley Bearcats by a score of 69-56. The victory continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Bearcats: they've now won five in a row.

Paint Valley's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Landon Elliott, who posted 16 points. Another player making a difference was Jase Rinehart, who earned 14 points.
