             The Academy Charter Academy Charter will look to take advantage of their home-court for the first time this season as they take on the Uniondale Knights  at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
 Academy Charter is headed into the  game out to prove that what happened against Longwood  on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Academy Charter was  outmatched by Longwood on the road  and fell  57-23. Academy Charter was down  47-18 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
 Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from  Nihmot'Llah Nafiu, who  scored eight points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jaidyn Thomas, who  had six points.
 Meanwhile, Uniondale lost  54-31 to Brentwood on Saturday. That's two games in a row now that the Knights have lost by  exactly 23  points.
 Academy Charter's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Uniondale,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 1-3.
 Academy Charter was dealt a bruising  65-10 defeat at the hands of Uniondale when the teams last played  back in January. That  match was all but decided by halftime, at which point Academy Charter was down  39-7.
