Soccer Game Preview: North Side vs. Trimble Tech

The North Side Steers will face off against the Trimble Tech Bulldogs at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. North Side's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

It was a classic North v. South duel when North Side duked it out with South Hills on Tuesday. The Steers fell 2-0 to the Scorpions.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last match, Trimble Tech made sure to put some goals up on the board against Wyatt on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Chaparrals. Trimble Tech might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by three goals or more this season.

North Side's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11-1. As for Trimble Tech, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.
