Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond is a perfect 6-0 against Blue Ridge since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond will square off against Blue Ridge at 4:30 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They put the hurt on Heritage with a sharp 10-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Hawks: they've now won six in a row.

MACKENZIE CONDILL was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in May of 2024. ANNA RAWLINS was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Meanwhile, Blue Ridge played in-conference for the first time on Friday and got just the result they were looking for. They came out on top against Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] by a score of 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Not much got past Ellie Schlieper, who gave up just five hits and racked up 14 Ks to keep Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] off the board. Schlieper has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Blue Ridge's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Addison Roos, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double. Presley Hardesty also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen bases of the season.

Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond's record now sits at 6-10. As for Blue Ridge, their record is now 5-7.

Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond came out on top in a nail-biter against Blue Ridge in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, sneaking past 7-6. The rematch might be a little tougher for Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
