Basketball Recap: Muscatine Continues Road Dominance on Friday

Muscatine is still undefeated this season after their game against Pleasant Valley on Friday, but Pleasant Valley came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Muscatine Muskies skirted past the Pleasant Valley Spartans 52-49. The 52-point effort marked the Muskies' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Muscatine's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 28.8 points. As for Pleasant Valley, their defeat ended an 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-3.
