Volleyball Game Preview: Deep Run Wildcats vs. Midlothian Trojans

The Deep Run Wildcats will challenge the Midlothian Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Midlothian will be up against a hot Deep Run squad: the team just extended their winning streak to four. Everything went the Wildcats' way against James River Midlothian on Wednesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

Meanwhile, Midlothian got the win against Monacan on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

Deep Run's win bumped their record up to 15-1. As for Midlothian, their victory bumped their record up to 18-1.

Deep Run was able to grind out a solid win over Midlothian in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
