Basketball Recap: Springbrook Takes a Loss

Springbrook has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 62-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Flowers Jaguars on Friday.

Springbrook's loss dropped their record down to 15-4. As for Flowers, their win bumped their record up to 16-3.

Looking ahead, Springbrook will face off against Wheaton on Tuesday. Wheaton knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Springbrook likes a good challenge. As for Flowers, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 66-48 victory against Eleanor Roosevelt on the 14th.
