Volleyball Recap: Natchez Takes a Loss

Natchez was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Vicksburg Gators. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Gators this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Natchez's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Vicksburg, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

Natchez will be playing in front of their home fans against Sumrall at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Vicksburg, they will venture away from home to face off against Jefferson County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
