Basketball Recap: American History Falls Short of West Caldwell Tech in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact American History can now relate to. They came up short against West Caldwell Tech on Wednesday, falling 71-49. American History has been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

Despite the loss, American History still got an impressive performance from Ahmad Davis, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 11 rebounds. That's the most boards Davis has posted since back in January. The team also got some help courtesy of Ah'Mad Woodard, who put up 13 points.

Even though they lost, American History was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. This was only their fourth loss (out of 21 games) when they've passed the ball that well.

American History's record now sits at 19-9. As for West Caldwell Tech, their victory bumped their record up to 9-14.

As of now, neither American History nor West Caldwell Tech have any future games scheduled.
