Soccer Recap: Erie Comes Up Short

Erie was the 1-0 winner over Franklin when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Royals fell 2-0 to the Knights on Wednesday. Erie have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Erie now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Franklin, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Erie will be playing in front of their home fans against Meadville at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Franklin, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Harbor Creek at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
