The Moreno Valley Vikings will square off against the Perris Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The timing is sure in Moreno Valley's favor as the team sits on five straight wins at home while Perris has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.

Moreno Valley had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Vista del Lago on Monday. The Vikings blew past the Ravens 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-10, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Perris earned a 3-1 win over Vista del Lago on Friday.
