Baseball Recap: Cleveland Comes Up Short

Cleveland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss. They lost 12-1 to the Bristow Pirates. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 10-6 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.

Cleveland's loss dropped their record down to 6-24. As for Bristow, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-10.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Pirates beat Cleveland by a score of 9-1 later that day.
