The Florence Huskies won the last time they faced the Dolores Huerta Prep Scorpions, and things went their way on Thursday too. Florence was the clear victor by a 64-38 margin over Dolores Huerta Prep. That looming 64-38 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Florence yet this season.
Florence's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gage Goodall, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Goodall is absolutely dominating the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Ian Dudley was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with three steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Florence and bumps their season record up to 2-4. As for Dolores Huerta Prep, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
