Fayetteville Academy came tearing into Tuesday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 45 points) and they left with even more momentum. They claimed a resounding 86-42 win over the Halifax Academy Vikings. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 24 points or more this season.

Fayetteville Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brady Barnes led the charge by putting up 16 points. Jayden Williams was another key player, posting 19 points.

Despite the loss, Halifax Academy still got an impressive performance from Landon Peoples, who went 10 for 12 en route to 25 points and six boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Oliver Anderson, who posted seven points.
