Dynamic duo of Kate Dacanay and Breanna Salovich lead Poolesville to victory

Recap: Poolesville Falcons vs. Gaithersburg Trojans
In what's become a running theme this season, the Poolesville Falcons gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They put the hurt on Gaithersburg with a sharp 53-32 win. The win was just what Poolesville needed coming off of a 56-29 loss in their prior matchup.
Leading Poolesville to victory were Kate Dacanay and Breanna Salovich. Dacanay scored nine points along with four steals, while Salovich dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. That's the first time this season that Salovich pulled down eight or more rebounds. Sofelkanik Laney was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Poolesville's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Gaithersburg, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
