Volleyball Game Preview: Perris Panthers vs. Valley View Eagles

Perris is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Valley View a six-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Friday. The two teams, after both having extra time off, will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:15 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

It was a proper cat-fight when Perris faced off against Elsinore on Saturday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Valley View lost 3-0 to Vista del Lago on Friday.

Perris' loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Valley View, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12.

Perris got the 'W' when the teams last played on March 6th against Valley View by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
