Alisal had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They came out on top against the Soledad Aztecs by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 on October 2nd.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 15-25, 25-16, 25-18.

Alisal's victory bumped their record up to 18-10. As for Soledad, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Alisal will square off against rival Gonzales at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Soledad is set to take on their familiar foe Watsonville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
