Basketball Recap: Frontier Takes a Loss

Frontier extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to eight on Tuesday, dropping them down to 0-5. They had to suffer through a 48-18 loss at the hands of the Faith Christian Eagles. The game marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

As for Faith Christian, the victory got them back to even at 2-2. The win continues a trend for them in their matchups with Frontier: they've now won four in a row.

Johanna Haste had another great game (as she tends to do), dropping a double-double with 33 points and ten steals. Those 33 points gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Gracyn Musick, who posted six points along with six boards and four steals.

Looking ahead, Frontier will take on Delphi Community at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Faith Christian, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against West Lafayette at 7:30 p.m. on December 2.
