Basketball Recap: Tartan Falls Short of White Bear Lake in the Playoffs

Tartan and White Bear Lake squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Tartan had to settle for second. They came up short against the White Bear Lake Bears, falling 62-39. The Titans just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Tartan's loss dropped their record down to 8-20. As for White Bear Lake, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-12 record this season.

Tartan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for White Bear Lake, they are taking a road trip to challenge Stillwater at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. White Bear Lake knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Stillwater likes a good challenge.
