Victor Valdez has led Lordsburg in runs on the season and he led the team again on Saturday. Valdez wasn't messing around, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. The game was his fourth straight with at least one stolen base.

Valdez and Lordsburg will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Hatch Valley at 3:00 p.m. Lordsburg has some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since March of 2018, but a win here would be a good start.
