After losing to Lowell the last time they met, Central Catholic decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Raiders narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Red Raiders 7-5.

Central Catholic now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Lowell, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Coming up, Central Catholic will be playing in front of their home fans against Mt. St. Michael Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mountaineers' pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so the Raiders' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
