Volleyball Recap: Davis Comes Up Short

Davis lost against Woods Cross back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Darts lost 3-0 to the Wildcats. The Darts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-18, 25-10.

Zaylee Mabey paced Davis' offense, picking up five kills. Mabey got some help from Claire Shupe and her ten assists.

Davis' defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Woods Cross, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Davis will square off against Ogden at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woods Cross, they will face off against Viewmont at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
