Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Abbott RVT). They came out on top against the Grasso Tech Eagles by a score of 81-71 on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolverines.

When it comes to explaining why Grasso Tech lost, don't look at Julius Washington. Despite the final result, he posted 27 points. The game was Washington's 21st in a row with at least 15 points. Ryan Gemaly was another key player, putting up 11 points and three steals.

The victory got Abbott RVT back to even at 7-7. As for Grasso Tech, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-4.

Looking ahead, Abbott RVT will face off against Bullard-Havens at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Grasso Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
