Soccer Recap: Monroe Comes Up Short

Monroe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Edgerton Crimson Tide, falling 6-0.

Monroe's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Edgerton, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Monroe will face off against rival Jefferson at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Edgerton is set to challenge their familiar foe Evansville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
