Volleyball Recap: Caprock Takes a Loss

Caprock lost against Monterey back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Longhorns took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Plainsmen. The Longhorns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 23-25, 25-16, 25-22.

Caprock's record now sits at 8-16. As for Monterey, their win bumped their record up to 22-13.

Looking ahead, Caprock will challenge Amarillo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Sandies will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something the Longhorns surely won't give up without a fight. As for Monterey, they will face off against Lubbock at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
