Soccer Game Preview: Eastmark vs. ALA - Gilbert North

The Eastmark Firebirds will face off against the ALA - Gilbert North Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Eastmark is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.4 goals per game this season.

ALA - Gilbert North will be up against a hot Eastmark squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Eastmark never let ALA - Queen Creek onto the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Monday. It was an even better day for Ashlee Kelsey as she scored four goals for her team.

Meanwhile, ALA - Gilbert North's game on Monday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They beat Poston Butte by a goal, winning 1-0. That's two games straight that the Eagles have won by just one goal.

ALA - Gilbert North pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those five games. As for Eastmark, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5-1 record this season.
