 The Parkway Christian Eagles will head out on the road to  challenge  the Lutheran Warriors at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. The pair have allowed few  runs on average, (Parkway Christian: 3.8, Lutheran: 1.1) so any  runs scored will be well earned.
 Lutheran is hoping to do  on Tuesday what Merritt Academy couldn't  on Monday: put an end to Parkway Christian's winning streak, which now stands at four games. Parkway Christian came out on top against Merritt Academy by a score of  6-1.
  Brett Polakowski and  Mark Nesler made a big impact while hitting and pitching. Throwing,  Polakowski   tossed  an inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Meanwhile,  Nesler   tossed three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. At the plate,  Polakowski  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2, while  Nesler  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Kyler Maiorana, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2. He is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last four games he's  played.
 Lutheran had a rough season last year, but they look ready to turn that poor record around this year. They walked away with  a   5-1  win over Cabrini  last Saturday. The  victory was familiar territory for Lutheran who now have four in a row.
 Parkway Christian pushed their record up to 8-2 with that  win, which was their third straight  at home. As for Lutheran, their record now sits at 7-1.
 Parkway Christian might still be hurting after the  10-2 defeat they got from Lutheran  when the teams last played  back in May of 2022. Can Parkway Christian avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
