Basketball Recap: Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda Takes a Loss

Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda lost against Southwest Minnesota Christian back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda Coyotes were outmatched by the Southwest Minnesota Christian Eagles and fell 65-32. The Coyotes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda's defeat dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Southwest Minnesota Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Coming up, Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda will host Russell-Tyler-Ruthton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Southwest Minnesota Christian, they will head out to challenge Murray County Central at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Southwest Minnesota Christian is facing Murray County Central at the right time seeing as Murray County Central is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
