Soccer Recap: Mason Takes a Loss

The Mason Bulldogs didn't have quite enough to beat the Grand Ledge Comets on Tuesday and fell 2-1.

Mason's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4-2. As for Grand Ledge, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mason is set to face off against their familiar foe Waverly at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Grand Ledge will take on rival Eaton Rapids at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
