Basketball Recap: Williamsburg Comes Up Short

Williamsburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 57-42 to the Lee County Bobcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-43 last Monday.

Williamsburg's loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Lee County, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 12-10.

Coming up, Williamsburg will head out to challenge Lincoln County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lee County, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against East Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
