Baseball Recap: Prince of Peace Has No Trouble Against Lakehill Prep

After only two runs in their last game, Prince of Peace made sure to put some runs up on the board against Lakehill Prep on Tuesday. The Prince of Peace Eagles were the clear victor by an 11-1 margin over the Lakehill Prep Warriors. The Eagles' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Luke Briske was excellent, going 1-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. Karl Claussner also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Prince of Peace now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Lakehill Prep, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Prince of Peace will challenge Lucas Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lakehill Prep, they will square off against Harvest Christian Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
