After flying high against Monterey on Saturday, Salinas came back down to earth. The Cowboys fell 4-1 to the Soledad Aztecs on Tuesday. The Cowboys were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Aztecs earlier this season, when they won 13-2.

Salinas saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jordan Isla, who went 3-for-4 with two doubles.
