The Saratoga Springs Blue Streaks will face off against the Chatham Panthers at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Saratoga Springs is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

On Friday, Saratoga Springs came up short against Averill Park and fell 7-4. The Blue Streaks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nia Law made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. That double marked the first that she has hit this season.

Meanwhile, Chatham had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Spartans a 28-0 shutout. Considering the Panthers have won five matches by more than ten runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Chatham pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Saratoga Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.
