Softball Recap: Southern Nash Firebirds vs. Rocky Mount Gryphons

They never let the Rocky Mount Gryphons get on the board and left with a 23-0 victory on Thursday. The Firebirds haven't had any issues with the Gryphons recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

ANNA DICKINSON made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in ten consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring four runs while going 2-for-3. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2024.
