Academy of the Holy Names proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by 11) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Tampa Catholic Crusaders 4-3. This was a revenge game for the Jaguars: when they faced off against the Crusaders back in March, they had to take a 9-7 loss.

Academy of the Holy Names' victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Kacey Scott, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double. Elise McQuiston also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.
