North Moore waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Chatham Charter Knights 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 last Tuesday.

North Moore never let Chatham Charter on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-11, 26-24.

Despite the defeat, Chatham Charter saw an underclassman step up: freshman LILY BAY PHILLIPS had 25 assists. Those 25 assists set a new season-high mark for PHILLIPS.

North Moore's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Chatham Charter, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Coming up, North Moore will head out on the road to take on Trinity at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. The Mustangs are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Chatham Charter, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Woods Charter on the 21st.
