After a string of seven wins, Jasper's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 66-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Oxford Yellow Jackets.

Jasper's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-6. As for Oxford, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-5.

When Jasper and Oxford next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Jasper will try to stop Carbon Hill's six-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Jasper will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak alive. Meanwhile, Oxford will take on Huntsville and their six-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
