Basketball Recap: Merrimack Valley Takes a Loss

Merrimack Valley was the 35-32 winner over Hanover when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Merrimack Valley Pride fell 57-50 to the Hanover Bears on Tuesday.

Merrimack Valley has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season. Hanover pushed their record up to 15-2 with the win, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Merrimack Valley will head out to face off against Hollis-Brookline at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hanover, they will head out on the road to challenge Milford at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hanover is facing Milford at the right time seeing as Milford is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
