Newark came tearing into Friday's game with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Start Spartans as they made off with a 60-36 win. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Newark's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-1. As for Start, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.
