Volleyball Recap: South Windsor Comes Up Short

After flying high against Windsor on Monday, South Windsor came back down to earth. The Bobcats fell 3-1 to the Glastonbury Guardians on Thursday. The Bobcats haven't had much luck with the Guardians recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-14, 16-25, 25-17.

South Windsor's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Glastonbury, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-2-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. South Windsor is set to face off against their familiar foe East Hartford at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Glastonbury will challenge rival RHAM at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
