Salem never let their opponents score on Monday. They put the hurt on the Glenvar Highlanders with a sharp 10-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Spartans in their matchups with the Highlanders: they've now won four in a row.

The team relied heavily on Caitlin Wells, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Piper Furmage, who went 1-for-4 with three RBI and one run.
