Wesley Chapel got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was TJ Aguilar out in front who rushed for 50 yards and two touchdowns, and also caught one score. The Wildcats also got a significant boost from Tavion Cousin, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 102 yards.

Wesley Chapel now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Cypress Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.

Looking ahead, Wesley Chapel will head out to challenge Sunlake at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats are facing the Seahawks at the right time seeing as the Seahawks are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Cypress Creek, they will be playing at home against Pasco at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Pirates will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last.
